Estimated Delivery Times within Australia

Dispatch times: Items ordered before 2pm on a business day are usually sent the following business day.

Express shipping:

  • Up to 3kg – Estimated 1-3 business days after item/s dispatched.
  • Over 3kg/Large items – Estimated 2-5 business days after item/s dispatched.

Standard shipping

  • Up to 3kg – Estimated 3-5 business days after item/s dispatched.
  • Over 3kg /Large items – Estimated 5-7 business days after item/s dispatched.

Please allow a further 1-3+ business days for country, rural or remote areas.

These delivery times apply to business days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends, Australian and local public holidays.


Local Pickup: By Appointment only

  • Engine parts located at Shailer Park, QLD 4128 (By Appointment Only)
  • Workshop & Repairs is located at 7 Moss Street, Slacks Creek, QLD 4127

Please phone to confirm parts stock levels before arriving, occasionally items showing in-stock may only be available from our warehouse and not our retail outlet. In most cases we receive items from our warehouse every 4 hours. Please phone 07 3439 6179 to check availability.


Autoflex brand gasket sets:
Autoflex brand gaskets are not available for same day pickup. These gasket sets are sent directly out of Sydney Warehouse.


Delivery methods:
We commonly ship items via Toll, TNT, Australia Post and other express couriers.
To assist on deliveries a street address is preferred. If a PO Box is your only option your item’s will be sent via Australia Post.


Delivery confirmation:
You will be notified the status of your order within 24 hrs (next business day), to let you know how your order is progressing, or when it has been shipped. In cases where we have run out of a particular item, we will contact you by email or phone within one business day to discuss your order if we cannot dispatch the item to you within the above estimated delivery times.


International shipping:

International buyers – please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges aren’t included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s custom office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to to your purchase.



Items being shipped do not come with postage insurance unless otherwise specified. All items we ship are well packaged to reduce the risk of damage in transit. It is the buyers responsibility to contact us for a quote on the additional cost for shipping insurance.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver by the estimated time frame, all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with transport partners who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date. We can’t be held liable for loss or damage resulting from late delivery but we will do our best to help you in these circumstances.
