Delivery Policy

We want every order to reach you as quickly as possible
So that you know what to expect, we provide some general guidelines here, though the timing of delivery of your order may be slightly different to that outlined below.

 

Delivery Times within Australia
We post all items express delivery unless other wise stated on the product you are looking at
Under 3 kg parcel is generally overnight if you are in the Express Post delivery network
Engine rebuild kit’s in most cases are within 2 business days if you are in the express delivery network

Approx time for all capital cities is between 1-3 days
Allow around 3-5 + business days for country or remote areas

These delivery times relate only to business days, Monday to Friday, and exclude weekends and Australian public holidays.

 

Same day dispatch:
Stocked items ordered before 12:00 pm week days are generally shipped out the same day using express courier’s

 

Delivery methods:
We commonly ship items via Toll, TNT, Australia Post and other express couriers. We generally find either Toll or Tnt is the quickest.
So if you can supply a street address it would assist on delivery times
Unfortunately Toll or TNT will not ship to PO Boxes, If a PO Box is your only form of address we generally use Australia Post

 

Delivery confirmation:
We usually notify you of the status of your order within 24 hrs (next business day), to let you know how your order is progressing, or when it has been shipped. In cases where we have run out of a particular item, we will contact you by email or phone within one business day to discuss your order if we cannot dispatch the item to you within the above estimated delivery times.

 

Delivery charges:
All items in our store unless stated include delivery charges to your door

 

International shipping:

International buyers – please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges aren’t included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s custom office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to to your purchase.

 

Insurance:

Items being shipped do not come with postage insurance unless otherwise specified. All items we ship are well packaged to reduce the risk of damage in transit. It is the buyers responsibility to contact us for a quote on the additional cost for shipping insurance.

 

Our promise to you:
Whilst we make every effort to deliver by the estimated time frame, all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with transport partners who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date. We can’t be held liable for loss or damage resulting from late delivery but we will do our best to help you in these circumstances.
