This is our top of the range engine rebuild kit,
Including leading brand name Arco pistons,rings and liners, using NDC Japanese bearings with Australian AA Permaseal Gaskets or Ajusa gaskets
PISTON LINERS AVAILABLE IN SEMI-FINISHED OR FINISHED
- Pros: Semi finished are the best and preferred option for rebuilding your engine, with Semi Finished liners once they are pressed into your parent bore they are then bored and honed to suit your pistons to achieve the required clearance with no chance of ovality.
- Cons: Semi finished liners require boring and honing to suit pistons which increases machining cost

- Does not suit Turbo engines with an intercooler – Suits Turbo non intercooled models only
